Old Government House and Museum

Old Government House and Museum (Waterfront Drive, Road Town, Tortola) — this building was once the residence of previous Queen-appointed Governors living in the BVI up to 1987. This well-known national landmark has been refurbished into a public museum, which displays the BVI’s rich history, including period furniture and hand-signed books by Queen Elizabeth II during her visits to the BVI in 1966 and 1977. Open Monday to Friday 9am – 2pm.
